Loyalist Construction & Landscaping Ltd. has been committed in providing their clients with quality workmanship since it was established in 2006 by owner Dan Weaver. 

Dan is a second-generation building contractor who began working for his father’s construction company at an early age in the mid-1980s. Since then he has participated in the construction and renovation of countless homes and buildings around Kingston & surrounding areas. Dan has held a career in the construction industry that has spanned over 35 years. 

We are a local family-owned & operated business that are lifelong residents of the Kingston area.

Dan’s son, Troy has been employed full-time with our company since 2018. He has since learned valuable skills; such as parging foundation walls and operating earth moving equipment, to name a few. Troy has aspirations of continuing with our family business in the future.   

Over the years we have successfully repaired hundreds of foundations & leaky basements in the Kingston area. As such we have extensive experience with foundation wall repairs and waterproofing.

Loyalist Construction & Landscaping  Ltd. was among the first in the local industry to provide a Lifetime Transferable Warranty on every waterproofing project. Since then others have followed suit, however usually with various restrictions. We guarantee our waterproofing service with no fine print.
